This bag is made from a vintage decor weight sample. It has a polyester lining. The top strip is vinyl. The handles are heavy duty webbing. Bag measures 15” tall by 24” wide. Bottom measures 8 1/2” by 17 1/4”. The bottom also has heavy bottom interfacing. It also has fleece interfacing in the upper bag.
